I Launched my Cake decorating business from home on October 2011.
In that time I have
created unique and delicious cakes for special occasions from weddings,
Christmas and Anniversaries.I love traditional
designs and creating beautiful lifelike sugar flowers and foliage.But it is really
enjoyable and rewarding to design a cake out of the ordinary to celebrate
someones hobbies and interests or something that is
close to their heart.It is very important
to me to make sure that the cakes I produce taste as good as they look so
sponges are baked within the week they are
required, and rich moist fruit cakes are baked 7 weeks before they are required
to allow time for the maturing process with a weekly
helping of brandy or orange juice to intensify the flavours and give the cake a
wonderful texture.There are popular
sponges and fillings that clients request, but I love experimenting with new
recipes so during a consultation-
the flavours to best suit my clients for
their special day can be agreed.
